I was curious about the new restaurant near the station, so I visited.(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) It was a new and clean restaurant, but it felt a little smokey. There is also domestic lamb meat, and after much hesitation, I ordered the recommended lamb meat (^^) Perhaps because of the tasteless lamb meat, the taste of the lamb meat did not transfer to the vegetables, and it was not the same as the delicious Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) that you can enjoy in Hokkaido. It seemed like a slightly different dish. If you're looking for something healthy, I think it's delicious ♪ (^^) My image was a little different (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) You can see the inside of the kitchen from the counter, where you can see the rice being measured on a scale, and the sugar cane. I could see him transferring rice from a rice-like container to a jar, and I felt a little depressed.
