愛知県蟹江町に宿泊。温泉ビジネス旅館に泊まって、車ですぐの桂喜(けいき)さんで夕食。
家を出る前にパンを食べてきたので、ほんの少し軽めに三切丼にしました。お吸い物と漬物が付いてきます。
メニューは細かく量を選べますが、量の予想が付きにくいです。
一切れがけっこう大きいですね。やったーヽ(´▽｀)/
尾のほうはためらい傷があり、四切れに見えないこともありません。
皮はパリッと焼かれていて関西風♡ なかなかおいしいです。ご飯はやや固めに炊いてあり鰻に合いますが、掛かっているタレがちょっと多い(･_･;
そういえば山椒の用意がありませんでしたが、鰻がおいしいので要りませんでした。
車で来てしまったので頼めませんでしたが、愛知の地酒も何種類か置いているようでした。大勢で宴会に来るのにも良さそうですね。
