I went to Sagami Inazawa, Japanese-style meal shop in Inazawa City. The shop is located along the Nishi-Owari Chuo Expressway, and is located quite south of Inazawa City, near the border with Ama City (formerly Miwa Town). Since it is on a main road, parking is well secured. The interior of the shop is a Japanese modern design typical of Sagami, and there is even counter seating for single customers. At the time, the Northern Blessings Fair was being held, so I chose this place. Aomori salmon and Hokkaido scallops bowl and noodles 1,791 yen + tax The bowl was smaller than I expected, but the scallops and salmon were piled up so that the rice was not visible. The salmon had a soft texture and rich flavor, but the scallops, although not bad, were a bit watery, which was disappointing. It may be inevitable since it is compared to the deliciousness of the scallops I received as a hometown tax donation a while ago... In the meantime, the soba noodles were consistently delicious. As always, the aroma and texture were impeccable for this price. The Northern Blessings Fair was only available until mid-March, so it's likely that it has already ended, which I'm sorry about. But soba is more delicious... (excuses) *All reviews are posted from the blog. If you are interested, please take a look and register below.
