愛知県飛島村にあるとんかつ店、平日の１２時頃にランチ目的での訪問。
座敷に案内され、このメニューを注文してみた。

〜〜 直感的に感じたお店のポイント ～～
◎ クオリティ高い美味しいカツ丼

駐車場は店舗正面と北側へ少し離れた所にあり、店内はカウンター席やテーブル席の他に広い座敷もある造り。
このタイミングで約８割程の客入りだったが、席数が多く入れ替わりが結構あり満席にはならず。
とんかつが評判の此方だが、私はカツ丼がお目当てでやってきた。
カツ丼１杯がこの価格、味噌汁でも付いてくるかと思ったら違った。
出汁をしっかり感じながらほんのり甘い汁、これに煮込まれたタマネギも甘くて美味しい。
揚げたてのカツなので、運ばれてすぐ食べると衣の良さを実感。
時間が経つとしっかり汁を吸った感じになり、これはこれで美味しく感じるポイント。
１センチほどのロースカツは柔らかく、なかなか上品なカツ丼と感じた。
接客対応も良く、次はお値打ちな日替わりランチを頂きたい。
