晩御飯でお邪魔しました。
平日夜18時半くらいにお邪魔しましたが、店内は6，7割くらいのお客さんがいる状況でした。
ステーキ宮はあさくまやブロンコビリーなどど同じようにサラダバー、スープバー、ライスバー、ドリンクバーが揃っております。
今回はハンバーグとステーキカットにサラダバーとスープバーをつけて注文しました。
今はコロナ対応の関係でアルコール消毒と使い捨て手袋の着用が義務付けられております。サラダバーには千切りキャベツ、レタス、水菜、スライスオニオンなどベターにあるもの以外にもさつまいもやイカ墨パスタみたいに珍しいものも置いてありました。
デザート系はフルーツポンチ、コーヒーゼリー、ぶどうゼリーなどが揃っております。
スープバーには5種類くらいのスープがおかれております。宮はコーンスープが本当に美味しいのでオススメです。
ハンバーグは肉汁たっぷりのトロトロ系！というわけではなく丁度良い硬さのものでコショウとオニオンソースの味がしっかりしておりました。ステーキはレアにしたかったのですがミディアムかウェルダンしかなかったのでミディアムにしました。赤い部分と焼けた部分が半々くらいのいい感じの焼き加減でした。
ごちそうさまでした！
今回はディナーでしたが、ランチやテイクアウト、デリバリーも行っているのでちょっと豪華にいきたい時などにまた利用させていただきたいと思いました！
