あま市森にある中華料理店、あさひ寿さんです。
昔懐かしい中華ファミレスといった雰囲気。
私が小さい頃はこういうお店多かったなぁ。
入って右手はお座敷、左手はテーブル席、目の前はカウンターでその奥が厨房です。
一人なのでカウンター席に着席。
正午ごろに訪問しましたがかなり賑わっています。
ファミレスチックなのでメニューも豊富。
レギュラーサイズの飯麺セットもあれば、ミニミニセットもある。当然定食もあり。
今回の注文はチャーハンセット(味噌ラーメン)920円。
味噌ラーメンは濃いめのスープ。
というか、かなりの塩分濃度！笑
赤味噌多めでラードも効いたパンチのあるスープ。
味は美味しいんだけど、塩分きつすぎです。
麺は低加水の細ストレート麺。
どのラーメンもこの麺なのかな？
味噌ラーメンには珍しい組み合わせですね。
チャーハンも濃いめでがっつり！
しっとりとしたタイプで食べ応えあります。
メニューが多く通し営業と使い勝手の良さそうなお店ですが、味噌ラーメンは塩分濃度が異常に高かったです。
次は他のラーメンを食べてみようかな。
