吉野家に行ったのに、ダイエット中なので、
ライザップ牛サラダ 500円 を注文しました。
本当は、牛すき鍋御膳食べたかったのに。。。
でも意外とお肉たっぷりで、牛肉と鶏肉の2種類入っているのが嬉しかったです(^^)
温玉も乗っていて、食べ応えはあります。
ご飯ではなく野菜です。
ただ、お肉と卵は暖かくサラダは冷たいので、結果ぬるくなってしまっているので、それが苦手な方にはおすすめできないのかなと思いました。
