地元の方に人気の津島にある焼肉屋さんです。焼肉マニアの友人に連れて行ってもらいました。これは知る人ぞ知るお店だと思います。
倉庫のような建物で、天井が高く、店内は広めです。大衆焼肉なので煙がもくもくしています。これも醍醐味です。
☑️名物はヒレ4,200円（写真のもの）
岩塩500円を注文し、岩塩の上で焼いていきます。岩塩を乗せることによって、焦げることがありません。そして徐々に火がはいるので、柔らかく焼き上がります。こんなに分厚いヒレなのに、全然固くない！！初めて食べた時は驚きました！臭みもないです！！
他の写真はありませんが、カルビやタン、ホルモンも絶品でした。一皿が多いので大人数でいくと色々オーダーできるので良いと思います！
