以前からのBM店に初訪問。開店前には10名弱の行列。駐車場はあるが、この混雑だと出入りはちょっと手間取るかな。先頭で入ったので、3食限定の極上ロースとヒレかつ大を注文。極上は注文したらキッチン確認に行くほど限定らしい。極上はやわらかジューシーだが脂さっぱり。岩塩がよく合う。ヒレはイメージと違ってロースのような形。でも中身はヒレできめ細かくあっさり。次は特大ロースを試してみよう。
