『甚目寺に美味しい焼肉店あるから、行ってみ〜へん⤴︎』… て事で土曜日の19時、予約して伺いました。
・先ずはお店の外観…
ザ！焼肉店を漂わせる、正に町の焼肉店的な素朴な外観（笑）
・店内
カウンターメインのテーブル席少々。何処か懐かし気な店内模様（笑）
・オーダーした内容
▪️ウーロンハイ
・ありがとう。
▪️キムチ
・程よい辛みに旨味ある白菜のキムチ。これはマストアイテムですね。
▪️生タン塩
・両面軽く炙ってレモンを２絞りして召し上がります。柔らかくて心地よい食感。これは美味いの一言に尽きます。
▪️ご飯（大）
・分けて食べました。味はフツー
▪️ハラミ
・脂が適度にあり、柔らかくて美味しい。
▪️上ミノ
・臭みが無く、コリッとした食感。こちらも美味でした。レモン2絞りこれが良い。
▪️フジサンロース
・柔らかな食感をイメージしていましたが、やや硬めで残念。たまたまなのかな？
▪️テールスープ
・不味くはないが、テールのコクが乏しい気がしました。
総じて、キムチに生タン、ハラミ・上ミノはとても美味しかったと言う評価となります。
