I had some business in Kasugai, so I made reservation on the day and visited. There was a sign that said "Not related to the Gyukaku franchise." Lol The menu I ordered was kimchi, bone-in short ribs, Wagyu skirt steak, Wagyu loin, special Salted beef tongue tongue innards, rare Steak, grilled vegetables, salad, Japanese-style oolong tea, and bibimbap. I was surprised that there were only two pieces of tongue per serving. My favorite skirt steak was cut very small and bite-sized, although there were many pieces, so I felt it was a bit pricey overall. The meat was pretty tasty, but the portion was about half that of a serving at other restaurants, so I guess it was a bit pricey. Thank you for the meal.
