しゃぶしゃぶは美味しいのだが : Kisoji

Dinner on a Tuesday in mid-December. Visited Kisoji Komaki branch in the city. Used for a year-end banquet. The service here is not as good as other Kisoji branches. Lower standard than other branches. We often use it for banquets and memorial services, so we expect a certain level of service. The food is of Kisoji quality. Same for the drinks. It's been a while since I had shabu shabu-shabu. The fat from the meat renders out, so even I, who can't eat much meat anymore, can eat a lot.

Dinner on a Friday in late March. I visited "Kiso-ji Komaki Branch" in the city with some colleagues from work. It is the season of partings and new encounters. We used this restaurant for a workplace banquet. They offer a bus shuttle and have a wide variety of private rooms to suit the number of people, so I think it is very convenient. We had shabu shabu course. Because it was a banquet, we couldn't taste each dish individually, but shabu shabu shabu shabu consistently delicious. There aren't many Meat Dishes that go well with sake, but I think shabu-shabu does. What always impresses me is the excellent customer service of the staff. There were young staff members, and I liked their solid hospitality. I think this is a restaurant where you can trust the organizers.
