「味噌トンちゃん」ってご存知ですか？
愛知県で昔から愛されている赤味噌と、豚ホルモン。
この2大食文化を組み合わせて生まれたのが「味噌とんちゃん」
らしい。
ホルモンにはコラーゲンが多く含まれているので、
美白やお肌のためと女性からの人気も急上昇中である

名物の味噌とんちゃん。待ってました～★
とんちゃん・みの・レバーを自家製味噌でMIXされており、
「へ～こんな味なんだ～」ってのが印象★
好みはわかれるのかな。個人的には絶品とまではいかなかったものの、
名物料理にありつけたので幸せ★

肉質は脂分が少なめで噛むと肉の甘みとモツの滋味が感じられました★
