拘りのフレンチをお箸で気軽に

お友達とのランチ候補にこちらのお店を私が毎度挙げるものだから、お友達もずっと気になってはいたらしい^^;
そろそろ、行きますか！
毎度候補に挙げていながら選ばれなかったのは、お値段が理由のひとつかも。
お店のホームページ見てると、ちょっぴり高値。最近になってお手頃ランチも登場してきたけれど、以前からオススメとなっていた3,800円のランチを頂きました。
メインから、鴨肉のコンフィと牛ステーキ。
コンフィは想像通り、骨からホロッと身が取れます。気持〜ち硬さを感じたのは鴨ならではの筋肉質からでしょうか。それとも…？
牛ステーキは、提供された途端にしまった！と思いましたが後の祭り。豚肉と迷いに迷って、柔らかいのが良いなら牛、というお店の方の説明を受け決めました。
一口頂きましたが、確かに柔らかいお肉でした。
しかし、、私、お肉（特に牛）はよーくよーく焼いて食べたい。昔は真っ赤なレアを好んで食べていましたが、一度だけエライ目に合いそれ以降赤いお肉は苦手なんです。
まさか、、ここまで分厚いお肉が出てくるとは。ランチだと侮っておりました。
と、いうことでお友達に無理言って交換して貰ったのです。。お恥ずかしい限り。
お友達は美味しいと食べておりましたが、食べ進めるうちお肉が冷めてきたのでしょう。ナイフに赤いお肉の繊維が絡み上手く切れなくなっていました。
美味しくて頂くには、大き過ぎたのかも^^;
前菜盛り合わせは大きな生姜の欠片以外、あまり印象に残りませんでしたが、続いて出された牡蠣♪ソースが絡んで美味しかったです。
うーん。説明してくださったのですが、、お喋りに花が咲きすぎて忘れてしまいました。ごめんなさい。
これらにデザート&ドリンクとバゲットが付いたランチ。
あれ？なんだろ。なんだかお値段の割に物足りなさを感じます。しかしながら、お腹はパッツパツに膨れました。
