モーニングのリサーチの為…。

駅から徒歩３分の所に店舗はあります。
店の外観は、三角屋根に淡青・白壁が目印です。
店内は、黒基調の梁でシックな中にセンスがあり、壁にカップ多数陳列。
【味】

店内にカップが多数あるので、ホットは期待出来る？と、コクのある品を期待して注文。
《ホット珈琲》
提供された品の湯温が高いので、不安感…。
フルシティローストされた品で、やや弱めの苦味の中にやや弱めのコク・甘みがあり、
酸味は中等度です。
問題は、湯温が高い為による尖ったエグミが少しあります。
濃度は薄めで、劣化味はありません。
湯を注いている雰囲気はあったので、カリタの３穴ドリッパーで抽出したのでは？
