2021年3月某日
アンニュイな(←言ってみたいだけw)休日、ひとりでお茶を飲みに伺う。
犬山城辺りの木曽川沿いでは、毎週日曜に朝市を催しており、たまに野菜を買いに伺う。
早朝なので閉まっているが、朝市の近辺で気になる店をいくつか発見。
そのひとつが｢珈琲工房貴船｣様。
建物は黒基調でスタイリッシュ、店内は木材を多用して暖かみのある雰囲気だ。
また今年の桜の開花予想まであと一週間あるが、駐車場に植えられている河津桜と子福桜だけが鮮やかな桃色の花を咲かせている。
今回は｢貴船ブレンド｣を注文。
炭火で焙煎のコーヒーとの事。
僕は昔から炭焼きという言葉に惹かれるが何故だろう？
香りはスモーキーなニュアンス、酸味が少なく雑味のない苦味で美味しかった。
ひとりでゆっくりしたい時にまた来よう。
