全部で420席というから、巨大居酒屋といっても大袈裟ではないだろう。
春日井駅から徒歩５分、と至って便利な場所にある。
２階には100人収容の大広間があったり、代行運転まで自社営業している。
店の前の大きな黄金の観音様、リムジンでの送迎など、話題には事欠かないお店だ。
いつも付近を通るが、まだ入ったことがなかった。
昼のランチバイキングで味を試してみようと思い、入店してみた。
広い店内は昔懐かしい雰囲気。
多数のテーブル席の他、小上がりは掘りごたつ風になっている。
小ぎれいな店ではないが、居酒屋として居心地はよさそう。
水槽があり、鯛や平目などが泳いでいる。

料金は大人1050円、小中学生650円、幼児100円、65歳以上680円
店の中央の大テーブルに、たくさんの大皿が並んでいる。
煮物、焼物、揚物などざっと30種類ぐらいはありそう。
他におでん、茶碗蒸しなども用意されている。ソフトドリンクは飲み放題。
９区画に仕切られた専用の容器が用意されている。
多くの品を少しずつ、味が混じらないようにとれて、これは便利。
天ぷら、海老フライなどの揚物や魚の焼物はいずれも冷めている。まあ、仕方ないかな。
煮物はうまく煮てあるが、やや甘く濃いめの味付け。酢物は酸味がちょっと強め。
洗練とは対極の、なんだか懐かしさを感じさせる味付けというところか。
小皿に少しずつ盛られた刺身の鮮度は悪くなく、予想以上に美味しかった。
思わず刺身をおかわり。
味噌ダレで食べるおでんはよく煮込んである。
昼営業が終わると、おでん鍋に蓋をしていた。そのまま夜に出されるのだろう。
ちょっとずつ、たくさんのものが味わえるのはなかなか楽しい。
味わいもサービスも、繁盛店ならではの安定感がある。
夜、一杯にやりに自ら足を運ぶかといえば、私にとっては微妙なところ。
駅から近くにある、大人数が入れる宴会場として覚えておいて損はなさそうだ。
