所用で春日井に来て、お昼はうなぎにしようと食べログで検索してこちらに決めました。
店舗近くに大きな駐車場があります。
車から降りて店に近づくと、情欲をそそるいい香りがします。
綺麗な店内でカウンター席に案内され、上うな丼のご飯大盛り税込3965円をオーダーしました。
しばらく待って運ばれて来たうな丼は、タレが薄めで香ばしい見た目です。
ご飯は予想よりもかなり多く、次回からは普通にします。
ご飯にも絶妙な塩梅でタレが控えめにかかっています。
ひと口目のうなぎを箸で半分に切ると、皮ごとキレイに半分に割れました。
この時に皮を残して身だけ取れてしまう店が多く、こちらは素晴らしい焼き加減でした。
店員さんも皆とても親切で、接客の点でもとても良いお店です。
