お店の前の道は始終通っているのだが、お店に入るのはとても久しぶりだ。
お店に入るとスタッフが奥の2人用のテーブル席に案内してくれた。
以前の様にハンバーグ＋カニコロのランチを期待していたのだが、メニューには9種の前菜とメインメニューを
選択する方法に変わっていた。
スタッフに聞いても今は以前のメニューはないとの事。
一瞬席を立とうかと思ったが、取り敢えずメインメニューをゆっくり拝見する事にした。
どうも飛騨牛の料理に誘引するイメージがあるが、天邪鬼の私は鮑のステーキをお願いする事にした^ ^
この間にもお客様は少しずつ増えて、窓際の席はほとんど埋まってしまった。
少し時間が掛かった感じで９種の前菜が運ばれて来た。
サラダや黒豆、鴨のスモークや海老などが素敵な器に並んでいた。
取り立てて美味しいものは無かったが、敢えて言うなら黒豆が美味しかった。三粒だけだったけど(^^)
前菜を食べ終えた頃にメインの鮑のステーキが、付け合わせの野菜と共にやってきた。
鮑のステーキはサクッと噛み切れるイメージとは違い、少し硬めで食べるのに一寸苦労した。
これは鮑自身が少し小振りだったのが原因なのかも知れない。
大振りな鮑と違って炙った後の歯応えはかなり違ったものになっていた。
これに反して付け合わせの野菜は、人参のグラッセをはじめ全てが茹で過ぎだ！
鮑のステーキの下に黒っぽいものが敷いてあった。
これは鮑の肝かと思ったが、残念ながら茄子のソテーだった。
この様なアンバランスなランチははランチは久しぶりだった。
お値段から考えたら病むを得ないのかも知れないが、もう少しお値段を上げていただいても良いので、美味しい
ランチがいただきたかったかな。
