コロナ休校中で部活もないので、
今日もランニングに出かけました。
その途中にある｢金龍｣で昼食です。
女性の従業員が複数名いましたが、
全員日本人だと思われます。
注文はチャーハンランチの台湾ラーメン。
程なくして料理が到着しました。
台湾ラーメンは意外なことに平打ち麺。
平打ちの台湾ラーメンは初めてです。
麺は固めに茹でられています。
普段から固めの方が好きとは言ってますが、
どうもこの麺はグニュグニュ感が目立ちます。
普通の中華麺でいいと思うんですがね。
それから辛さはかなり控えめな方だと思います。
チャーハンは油多めのペチャっとしたタイプ。
このタイプのものが自分は大好き。
ネギやたまごなどの具も多めです。
プレスハムはもうちょい少なくてもいいかな、
結構ハムの味がきつかったように思います。
でもこのチャーハンは美味かったです。
麺が違えば評価も違ってました。
スープのことに頭がいきがちですが、
やっぱり麺も重要ですね。
