A person who has lived in Kozoji Temple for a long time said, "Chinese goes to the Golden Dragon," so I wanted to use it once. restaurant I parked my car in the large parking lot next to it and entered the store around 2 pm. There are 5 types of lunch menus, all of which are 880 yen, and I was thinking of making a set of "Chinese rice" and "Mini Taiwan Ramen", but I was worried about the "Jajiang Tofu" in the "Daily Lunch" written on the store. The shop owner is Japan, and the women in the hall are very friendly and helpful. After me, I feel like I can see that the senior men who seem to be local regulars want to come back one after another. After a while, a delicious-looking set with a good balance of colors arrived. "Stir-fried greens" is not a type of garlic, but a "Happo green" flavor with bok choy, carrots, bamboo shoots, pork, etc. I'm grateful that I can get enough vegetables... "Jajang Tofu" is fried tofu topped with sweet miso. When I looked it up, it seems that it is generally "fried tofu stewed with vegetables", but this seems to be a bit of a change ball. I'm imagining it, but I wonder if the image of the topping of "Jar Jar Noodles", which has a similar name, was put on "fried tofu" with sweet miso. The noodles in the set I chose were "Mini Taiwan Ramen", which was a lot spicier than it looked, and I and the customer Mr./Ms.next to me were choking from time to time (laughs). I enjoyed the stable food and the challenging food.
