春日井で広島焼きが食べられるお好み焼きハウスシスターを訪れてみることにしました。
店は春日井の東野にあるカーマから少し南へ行ったところで、住宅地の中にあります。
駐車場は店の横に10数台ほど止めることができます。
店内は、テーブル席が中心で小上がり席とカウンター席があります。
カウンター席には椅子がありますが…通常はカウンター席前の鉄板で店の方が焼き上げてから各席へ運ぶようにされていることもあり、一人で訪れてもテーブル席を案内されることが多いです。
メニューはお好み焼きと広島焼きがメインながらも、いろんな鉄板焼きのメニューもあります。
ランチメニューはお得なセットメニューがありますが…店の方が言うには、ランチメニューのお好み焼きと広島焼きよりの単品のそれは大きめで、それがメインで食べられたい方は単品の方がおすすめとのことです。
そんなアドバイスもあり…広島焼・肉玉ベース（780円）を頼みました。
ちなみに広島焼は焼きそばor焼きうどんのどちらかを選択ができ…焼きそばでおねがいしました。
店の方はカウンター席前の鉄板で焼き上げ…注文から10分ほどで出来上がってきました。
出来立ての広島焼きには、マヨネーズ・辛しマヨネーズ・追加ソースを好みに応じてかけることができ…
私は辛しマヨネーズをかけみました。
広島焼きを頂くために少し割ってみると焼きそばが現れ、少しずつ小皿に移しながら頂くことにします。
衣はクレープのように薄くて焼きそばがメインになっている感じです。
味の方は普通においしいというところです。
広島で本場の広島焼きを数年前に頂いたことがありますが、本場のものは衣のカリカリした食感がとても印象に残っていたこともあり…それとは少し異なるように感じました。
薄めのクレープのような衣は名古屋風というところでしょうか。
名古屋らしさが前面に出ているといえばそれまでですが…春日井で広島焼が食べられる店はそれほど多くないので貴重な店だと思いました。
