どんどん庵 江南店にやってきますた。
期間限定商品？かな？ よくわからんけど、肉ねぎそば(790円)ってやつをいただいてみたよ。
牛肉100g、麺350gのガッツリ仕様。
ポップに食べ方が書いてあったから、その通りの食べ方でいただいてみる。
１、まずはそのまま｢つけ汁｣にそばをつけてお召し上がりください。
２、ラー油を足して辛さを調整してください。
３、そばを半分くらい召し上がったら生卵をときつけ汁に入れてください。まろやかな味に変わり、更に美味しくなります。
これはね。２番目の食べ方が１番おいしかったね。ラー油たっぷり入れて食べるとおいしいね。
最終的に
なぜか野菜のかき揚げまで投入してみますたが
ごちゃごちゃやるより２番目のシンプルな食べ方が１番おすすめ。
