玉ねぎNGの私にとって吉野家は鬼門であったが、豚丼の発売開始によって、使えるお店になった。
ちなみに、私は紅ショウガが好物です。それも、安っぽい真っ赤々なヤツが好きなんです。笑。
本当は、吉野家で白めしをオーダーして、生姜で食べても良いのだが、白めしはメニューに無いような気がする・・・
本日は豚丼大盛（４８０円）をオーダーしました。もちろん、紅ショウガはてんこ盛りです。爆。
体重は大台にタッチしてしまったので、ダイエットも再開！今日も、「実は腹筋君（ミズノ製）」で腹筋200回（通常の20回相当）頑張りました。目標は「恋ができるカラダ」です。
