8月上旬にディナー利用しました。
この日は、スペイン料理のイベント中でしたが、初めての利用でしたので、通常のコース料理とスペイン産赤ワインをボトルで注文しました。
コース料理は
ベーコンとマッシュルームのアヒージョ
前菜（６品から３品選択）
スモークサーモンと夏野菜のプレッセ
ビシソワーズ
手長海老のポワレ
メロンシャーベット
尾張牛サーロインステーキ
デザート
パン、ドリンク
コースは6,000円程でした。
お値段の割りに品数が多く、１品ずつ丁寧に仕上げられている印象。
尾張牛は、独自の熟成方法で熟成されているらしく、赤身に味があり美味しかった。
ちなみに、メインは国産霜降牛のステーキ等も選べますが、私は赤身が好きなので、尾張牛をオーダー。100ｸﾞﾗﾑ程で食べ応え十分です。
デザートはケーキでした。結婚記念日のディナーとして席を予約していたので、Anniversaryメッセージが書いてありました。嬉しいサービス、とても美味しかったです。ケーキは、オペラでした。
家から徒歩圏内なので、また行きたいと思います。
ちなみに、隣のテーブルはファミリーで来ているようでしたが、名古屋からここのシェフの味を求めて来ている、常連さんのようでした。
とても良い記念日になりました。
