Today I visited Cafe Restaurants Soleil in Katsukawa Plaza Hotel. French cuisine lunch shown in the photo costs less than 2,000 yen. And the taste is seriously delicious. There's all-you-can-eat bread, and of course there's plenty of iced tea with gumshiro.
