About 5-6 minutes by car from JR Kachigawa Station, I had been interested in this place after seeing it on Instagram. I made a reservation by phone on the day, but they said it was okay to sit at the counter. When I arrived at the restaurant, there was a sign at the entrance saying that it was fully booked for today. I went inside and was guided to a counter seat. There are about 3 tables for 4 people and a table on the raised area. I ordered a la carte ☆ Carpaccio Grilled Bigfin Reef Squid ☆ Ajillo Firefly Squid and Cauliflower ☆ Kumamoto Thick Asparagus Fried with Truffle Salt ☆ Margherita ☆ Fresh Pasta with 4 Kinds of Wood Shoot Porcini Cream Sauce ☆ Dessert Hojicha Panna Cotta Tiramisu The asparagus frits are by far my favorite dish. The asparagus is fresh and fragrant. It goes so well with the truffle salt that it's a must-try. The 4 Kinds of Porcini Cream Sauce is also a dish with a rich and delicious taste.
