ひとりランチで伺う。
｢フタツボシ｣様は自宅からまあまあ近いビストロ。
元同僚に春日井に良い店があると勧められていたのをふと思い出した。
ちなみに勧められたのは約10年前w
事前調査(HP閲覧)にて、ひとりで入りやすそうと判断。
今回は｢ボンヌ・シェール｣を予約済み。
メイン料理とデザートはプリフィクス。

キッシュからデザートまで素晴らしかった。
その中でも特にメインで選んだニュージーランド牛のステーキ(たぶんヒレ)が良かった。
霜降りとは対極の赤身肉。厚みがあるけど非常に柔らかいので、顎が疲れる事なく赤身のジューシーさと噛む度に旨味が溢れる。
今までお店で食してきた外国産牛のステーキの中では、いちばん美味しかったかも。
