愛知県春日井市にある人気店「フタツボシ」。

予約の上、ランチにて訪れた。料理は「Bonne chereコース」を指定。3960円（税込み）。
店は、JR「春日井駅」の北西方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ26、27分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。駐車場は、店前に加え、店北東などにもある。入店。店内は多くの客で、賑わっていた。カウンターへ着席。
メニューを確認。メイン料理やデザートなどを選択。本日は、人気No.1と紹介されていた「デミグラスソースのハンバーグ」に決定。

●前菜の盛り合わせ・サボテンのカナッペ、ローストビーフ、砂肝のコンフィ、ノルウェーサーモンのカルパッチョ等

美味しいランチを楽しむことが出来た。アツアツのキッシュの後は、お楽しみの前菜タイム。定評ある前菜は、テーブルを彩り、盛り上がりの一コマと言える。また、ボリューム十分であり、好みに合うハンバーグも見事。このデミグラスソースは、「作品」を成功へと導く、抜群のカリスマ。ハヤシソースのオムライス、黒毛和牛ホホ肉のビーフシチュー、そして、鴨ムネ肉のローストなど、他のメイン料理も、確実に美味しいはずだ。
なお、「忙しそう」との状況は、こちらにヒシヒシと伝わってきたが、それを、客対応に出さないことは立派。終始、穏やかな接客と、気持ちの良いおもてなしを受けた。コースや料理の丁寧な説明も素晴らしい。落ち着いた対応は、こちらの店の評判を支えていることだろう。
春日井にあるのは、「レストラン シュバル ブラン」だけではない。評判のハンバーグランチを提供する、ここ「フタツボシ」もしっかりと心に留めておきたいと思う。小粋な空間で楽しむ上質フレンチ。機会があれば、ぜひまた訪問する。
