The third place I went to was Obandori-san, which is located around the corner of the alley just outside the south exit of Kozoji Station.I thought that an affordable yakitori restaurant would be a good option when walking around drinking alone, so this time I went on a tour of yakitori restaurants. However, I discovered that each piece of meat has its own individuality, and that even the same cut can have different flavors depending on how you skewer it, the degree of grilling, the salt and sauce. ★Yagen Cartilage Plum Crystal This is a Tohoku delicacy. Originally, it was made by thinly sliced shark cartilage and mixed with plum meat, but here, it was made with chicken cartilage, as you would expect from a yakitori restaurant.
