４月17日、ランチは江南市にある『焼きそば家 こう』へ(*´▽｀*)♬
11:30、来店。
入口入り、奥にあるテーブル席に腰掛けました。
女性店員がグラスに入った冷水とおしぼりを持ってきてくれました。
今回は『焼きそばランチ』を塩焼きそば、麺大盛りにしてオーダー、790円＋150円＝940円。
ソフトドリンクはオレンジジュースをチョイス。
４分でサーブ。
真ん中に塩焼きそば、右側にメンチカツ、赤出汁、左側にライス、漬物、オレンジジュースが配置。
まずは塩焼きそばから、中太麺でいい感じのコシ、味付けも良いです～(*´▽｀*)♬
豚バラ肉、キャベツ、もやし、刻みネギ、白ごまを加えて炒められています(#^.^#)☆
赤出汁は豆腐、わかめ、刻みネギ、揚げが入り、いい塩梅(≧∇≦)b
ライスもまぁいい炊き具合、塩焼きそばとの相性も抜群！
メンチカツはアツアツでサクサクですが、餡が柔らかい。
12:10まで滞在。
こういう庶民的な焼きそば屋さんがあるのはなんか嬉しいですね～(^_-)-☆
