「焼きそば定食」の提供があるお店を探していて見つけた
ランチタイムの始まる11:00にお店到着
第2駐車場まで8割ほど埋まっている
入店すると満席に近い状態だった
空いていた対面ペア席に着座
このお店「モーニング」と「ランチ」が11：00から重なる
ネットで見たメニューには“両方とも注文するとお得”な表現があったのだが現在は記載されておらず
「ナポリタン」推しのお店だ
「焼きそば定食」から「ナポリタン+ランチセット」に変更
「ナポリタン定食」これでいい
モーニングのお客さんが退店するとすぐにランチのお客さんが入ってくる
後片付けとか見事なチームワークは見ていてホレボレする
思いのほか早く配膳された「ナポリタン定食（720円+200円）」
味噌汁かスープの選択は「スープ」で依頼した
後乗せの“赤ウィンナー”とてっぺんの“グリーンピース”
鉄板底の“タマゴ”の3色が織りなす色合いが“ナポリタン”を格上に見せる
“グリーンピース”を滑落させないよう慎重にフォークを入れる
絡めて口にするとほのかに甘いケチャップが懐かしいあの時の味だ
高校生の時に友人と喫茶店でダベる時は「ピラフ」か「イタスパ」
青春の思い出が走馬灯のように脳裏に浮かぶ
“わかめスープ”で我に返る
ここ数年スパゲッティは“あんかけ”ばかりだった
ちょっと価値観を変えてみようかと思う
