何度か通りかかって気になっていた焱さんに初訪問
駐車場は角地で広くて止めやすく、お店を入ると元気な店員さんの声
6ヶ月の息子を連れて行ったため、店員さんがお座敷に案内したばかりのお客さんをテーブルに移動してもらい、お座敷をあけていただける心遣い嬉しいです
注文したのはお店の押しの生ホルモン
黒毛和牛カルビ、黒毛和牛ロース、チョレギサラダ
台湾まぜ飯
ホルモンどれも脂ブリブリ 焼いてると網の下に脂が滴り落ちて焱が凄い
お店のネーミングそのままの焼け方が素晴らしい
カルビ、ロースもサシ加減良く同じように焱が燃え上がり焼いていて楽しい焼肉
台湾まぜ飯は唐辛子の辛さ激しいですが、美味しいです
店員さんの心遣い、笑顔に癒されるお店でした
