I'm in the mood Yakiniku (Grilled meat) today. I decided to use Kasugai Honten as my pioneering spirit ignited as I decided to use a different place once in a while. The parking lot is large so it won't be a problem. The detached restaurant looks like a typical Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. The inside is the same, but it's quite a large box. It consists of a table and a tatami room, and can accommodate 50 people? Parking may be dangerous if you arrive by car when the place is full. There were no other people at the table except for the two customers in front of me, and I was led to an empty tatami room. A large family came to the tatami room later, but it didn't bother me as the space was spacious. Now, if you look at the menu, it seems that Rangi has a variety of options, but there are two types of platters: the bargain lunch 1,738 yen and the special platter lunch 3,278 yen. A common pattern that comes with salad, kimchi, pickles, soup, rice, and a drink. I was disappointed that the kimchi and pickles were just extras, but the large serving of rice was free. It doesn't matter to me though. Best of all, you can choose a glass beer for your drink! In the end, my wife tried the 1,738 yen lunch and I tried the special platter lunch for 3,278 yen. There weren't many customers, so lunch came quickly. Based on the results, I recommend the special selection even if it is more expensive. I think the quality makes a difference more than the price. A typical example is Tan. It brought tears to my eyes. I felt sorry for the difference, so I exchanged several pieces with my wife, including tongue, short ribs, and loin. On the other hand, I felt that the special selection platter lunch was priced at 3,278 yen, including the set. Although it's not charcoal, grilling over an open flame is also a good element. What made me even happier was that the extra meat was half price, although I don't really know why. Don't hesitate to add Wagyu beef offal for 209 yen to each plate of Wagyu skirt steak, short ribs, and loin for 264 yen. I don't know when it's half price, but it's a special selection of meat. I'm not sure if it's Wagyu beef or not, but it's lean and fatty enough to satisfy me. It went well with red wine. The disappointing thing about the wine was that it was priced at 480 yen a glass, but when I checked with the staff, they didn't have any bottles. Please set it up. At the end of the meat, I got carried away and ordered the ``Large Spicy Garlic Short Ribs'' for 1,078 yen, but it wasn't as spicy as it looked and it was half the price, so I should have had it as a side dish. If you don't have enough, I would recommend ordering meat without hesitation. To finish off my meal, I had Morioka Cold Noodles for 858 yen and was very satisfied. I also drank 4 glasses of red wine, but it cost just over 5,000 yen per person. The cost performance is also good. The female clerk who taught me various things along the way was also very polite. There are so many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) that it can be confusing, but at least this is one place for lunch. Thank you for the meal!
