イベントの帰りのランチで洋食屋さん行きたいとなり伺いました。
着いたとき案外混んでましてカウンター席に通されました。
カウンター６席と４人テーブルが３のこじんまりしたお店でお二人で切り盛りされてます。
私はデミグラスソースのオムライス(1300円)
相方はデミグラスソースのハンバーグ(1500円)
それぞれサラダ、スープ、デザート、ドリンクが付きハンバーグにはライスかパンがつきます。
注文後すぐにサラダとスープが供されます。割りと太い大根がのったサラダはゴマドレッシング。大根太めでも新鮮でしゃきしゃき生で甘みもあり冬ならではです。
スープはカボチャの温かいポタージュ。少なめですが温まります。
メインのオムライスとハンバーグ到着。
オムライスは中のご飯はトマト味のリゾット風に柔らかな玉子がのりデミグラスソースが掛かってます。
中身のリゾットはご飯をフライパンで温めてトマトソースを掛けて混ぜたものです。なのでお米から煮たリゾットではないです。でもケチャップのチキンライスよりは油っこくはなくてあっさり食べられます。個人的にソースの量が足りませんでした。
ハンバーグにはプライドポテトといんげんにデミグラスソースが掛かってます。
ハンバーグのお肉はそれほど味はなく濃いデミグラスソースが多く少し塩味が強いかな。
デミグラスソースはオムライス用とハンバーグ用が逆でも良いくらい。
もしかして同じソースでハンバーグはオーブンで焼いているうちに水分が飛んで塩味がこい？
デザートは市販のケーキが2切とドリンクは数種類から選べます。
基本的にお二人で切り盛りされているので出来上がってるものにソースかけたりするだけで出来るように仕込みをしっかりされてるようです。
でもパスタまで茹でて保存されてるのをお皿に盛ってたのでパスタはお味や麺の硬さは気になるところですが多分注文はしませんね。
テーブル席には荷物のかごがありましたが
カウンター席にはかごがなかったので…カウンター席にかご必須ですよ。
