車を走らせ松屋で昼食です。
定食のごはんおかわり無料も魅力的ですが、
やはり丼物の誘惑には勝てません。
入ってすぐの券売機で旨辛牛焼ビビン丼を注文。
日曜の午後2時前で客入りはそこそこ。
このご時世ですからやり取りを減らすために、
フードコートのようなシステムになってます。
【旨辛牛焼ビビン丼】
温泉たまごがあるおかげでとろみができ、
だいぶマイルドな味わいになります。
キムチは入ってますけど辛さはそこまで。
牛肉の味付けもそこまで濃いわけではないけど、
逆にそれが全体にまとまりを持たせてる印象。
ただ刻み海苔やネギが入ってるだけで、
もやしの食感が楽しめるナムルの姿がない。
ビビンバ風といった方が正しいでしょう、
食感の面ではもの寂しいです。
味は全然いいんですけどね。
個人的には松屋＝牛丼屋だったんですが、
もうそんなことはなくなりました、
メニューが豊富で楽しめるお店です。
