シェフの山本義茂氏が、調理、サーバー、ランナー全てを一人でこなしていた。
ランチなのに、フルコースで出てくるのにもビックリ。
ランチはコースによって変化せず、違いは使っている食材のグレードのみが変わるそうです。
COVID-19の影響で、私１人しかいなかったが、料理のタイミングと、もの凄く手をかけた料理に驚いた。
ニッコー陶磁器、鳴海製陶、M.STYLE ミヤザキ食器が使われていて、テブルウェアーはBELO INOXが使われていた。
提携駐車場は、ドリンクをオーダーした場合のみ２時間分（300円）の券が貰えます。
