春日井市にあるミシュラン一つ星レストランです。
⚫︎シェフのスペシャルコース＋ペアリング
温かいフランから始まり最後のデザートまで
全てにお酒を合わせて頂きました。
チーズ合わせたポートワインも美味しかった！
デザートはコーヒー！って思っていたけど
お酒もいけるなぁとか新しい経験もできました♪
お料理は運ばれてくるときにまず「いい香り」
目の前に置かれた時に「素敵」って思う

本当に楽しめました。
もちろん全部美味しかったけど
・鰆の燻製
・メヒカリのカダイフ巻き揚げ
・追加のチーズ盛り合わせ
が特に気に入りました。
鰆の燻製は絶妙な燻製具合で
食感、香り、味と本当に楽しめた！
食事の後のおつまみのチーズは
何種類かある中から
好きなものを選んで頂けます。
熟成させたチーズ・・・
他で食べたことない芳醇な味で
甘めのワインが進みました。
パンに合わせるオリーブオイルが
・スパイスとオリーブオイル
・熟成シェリービネガーとオイル
同じ味にはならないと思いますが
こんな感じにマネしたい！
素材の味を損なわず・・・ですが
手間をかけて丁寧に作られたお料理ばかりでした。
接客もほどよく丁寧で気持ちよかったです。
