以前、ひらがなの「やじろべえ」でしたが、改装して？漢字の名前にかわりました。
とはいえ、何がかわったのかよくわかりませんが・・・。
ひつまぶし御膳2354円、お刺身天ぷら御膳1814円や、ロースかつぜん1382円などのどんぶりもの、
煮込みうどんなどなどあります。
和風ファミレスにしては全体的に高めなので、リニューアルした際に、高価格路線になったのかもしれません。
よくサガミが高価格路線に転換しているとはききますしね。
てんぷら刺身定食を注文。暖かいそばなども選べるようですが、その部分の記述が見づらいのか
私も気が付きませんでしたし、他のお客においては、店員が後で聞きに戻って行っていたので、
ちょっと表記を変えた方がいいのかもしれません。
さて、てんぷら、お寿司においては少し時間がたった感じで色が落ちていたのがきになりました。
１１００程度の定食なのでまあこんなもんかもしれませんが、どうせならそこらあたりもしっかりと管理してほしいです。
接客については、慣れないバイトの子が空回りしているのか、私の時はもちろん、
入店してから私が退店するまで、レジに来た客ほぼ全員にたいしてなんらか
トラブっていたようで教育をして万全の状態でレジへと回してほしいですね。
とはいえ、スタンプカードの配付があり、スタンプがたまったお客もある程度いるようなので、
そこそこ人気だと思うのでお客が離れないよう努力していただきたいと思いました。
