From Komaki Yamashiro, I returned to Komaki Station, where my companion wanted to eat roast beef bowl. The exterior has a homely feel that looks like an Italian Cuisine Restaurants. The interior has the image of a clean and bright bar. The lighting is warm, so it feels calm. There is only an L-shaped counter on the first floor. There are about 8 seats. Prosciutto on the counter. Bottles are neatly arranged behind the counter. There seems to be a second floor, but it seems like they are bringing children, so I went to the counter. There is an extensive drink menu (*´-`), and I ordered the roast beef bowl and Prosciutto olio. The roast beef is thinly sliced, but it has what looks like dried daikon radish on top, giving it a sour taste and a Japanese-style finish. It felt like I was eating beef tataki Sushi. The pasta is thin noodles similar to cappellini. Boiled to perfection. The garlic was chopped, but rather than being mixed with the noodles, it was placed closer to the edges of the plate, so I understood this as a sign of consideration. Prosciutto is thickly sliced and has a strong salty taste, so the pasta probably has a gentle saltiness. I thought the quality was high in all aspects.
