愛知県小牧市に有る「石窯パン工房 Bon Pana」に寄って来ました。
「美味しいパン」と言う意味を持つ「Bon Pana」。
厳選した良質な粉から生地を作り、石窯で丁寧に焼き上げ、
内側までしっとり、もっちりした香ばしいパンを販売するお店です。
「Bon Pana」は愛知県に5店舗、岐阜県1店舗を構えます。
お店に着いたのは14時頃。
店内にはイートインスペースも有って、割に賑わっていました。
パンの品揃えも良かったですね。
その中から私は下記の3品を購入。
クロワッサン
窯焼きクルミパン
こだわり牛肉カレーパン
クロワッサン、バターが良く香ります。
サクサク感は薄めですが、全体的にバターでしっとり。
これはこれで悪く無い仕上がりですね。
窯焼きクルミパンは胡桃がたっぷり。
私はそのままで頂きましたが、
クリームチーズやジャムとの相性が良いそうです。
こだわり牛肉カレーパンは今一つでした。
フィリングは、じっくり煮込んだ自家製カレーとの事。
でも、今一つ旨味が足りません。
折角の牛肉が勿体無いですね。
