喫茶店だけど 新そばと冷やしたぬきを供するらしい。
中は落ち着いた雰囲気で カウンターと ゆっくりできるソファ席などもある
ざるそば単品を頼むと ママが茹でてくれる。
しばらくして供されたそばは 新そばと張り紙にあるが そこまでの香りが感じられない。
薄緑がかった色は透明感があり、そろった太さも上品な感じがする。
味は淡く、つるりとしたのど越し。噛んでもうまみの広がりはないが
濃い目のみたらしのような甘味が特徴の露をよく吸って 物足りなさをカバー。
薬味のわさびが良く効く。これで味が引き締まる。
蕎麦湯もちゃんとあり、喫茶店なのに蕎麦を楽しむことができるのには好印象。
なかなかにして うれしい一店。
お値段相当の蕎麦だけど、いいと思う。
