愛知県春日井市にある台湾料理のお店、勝川駅から歩くと15分ぐらい、駐車場は広いので車で行くのいいだろう。店内はカウンター8席とテーブルが4卓、休日の12時に伺ったが。あまり目立たず開店からまだ２年ほどなのでまだ客は多くなく、先客は６人ほど
ランチは定食と800円のランチセットがある。
◆梅シソ炒飯 650円
◆肉野菜炒飯(正式名称は失念） 650円
◆ギョーザ3個300円
梅シソ炒飯は初めてであった。かなり酸っぱいかと思えばそうではなくほどほどの刺激、このバランスがよく、一口食べて、旨いと言った。卵や肉、玉ねぎもたっぷりでこれはすばらしい。この炒飯はわざわざこれを食べにここまで来る価値のある免品だと思う。
肉野菜の方は濃い味付け、それに新鮮なピーマンと人参、キャベツ、玉ねぎの食感もよくこちらも美味。このお店の炒飯の実力は相当に高い。
ギョーザは、１個100円で３個から、肉餃子でたっぷりとお肉が入っている。外側は水餃子のように水水しく、味もまずまずだ。
すばらしいお店を発見した。
