春日井にある台湾料理香香楼さんにランチに行ってきました(´▽｀)
口コミを見ると炒飯と鶏唐揚げ、油淋鶏などが良いとのことでしたが、鶏は私が避けているブラジル産でしたのでスルー(^◇^;)
天津炒飯(800円)
春巻き2本(500円)
をオーダー♪
調理は1人で、先約はなしの状態でしたが、提供までは比較的ゆったりです。
でも逆にそれだけ丁寧な調理だと感じられる仕上がりでした。
天津の卵はふっくらとしており、この価格帯のお店では珍しいです。
また炒飯に安い赤い縁取りのハムも使っておらず焼き豚を使用していたのも私好みでした。
そして炒飯にキツく化学調味料を効かせることないのも良かったですし、天津の餡の醤油テイストがちょうど良い感じにマッチしていました^ ^
何より炒飯が油っぽくなかったのが良かったです^ ^
続いて春巻きもケチャップというのはアレですが、衣は薄く油っぽくないのは私好みでした^ ^
この価格帯で食べた後、胃が重くならない中華はそれ自体珍しく貴重です。
口コミを見ますと料理の好みの問題か、わりと当たり外れがあるようですが、他の料理も食べてみたいと思います^ ^

追伸
こちらのお店はBingのAIチャットに春日井市のお勧め中華の店を聞いた時に提示された4軒のうちの1軒です。
老舗とAIは説明してましたが、2016年オープンなので老舗というほどではないと思いますが、こちらのお店は食べログのサイトを基準にしてAIは選んだようです。
これからの時代、検索だけでなく、AIに聞いてお店を新規開拓するのも面白いかもです^ ^
追記
後日、麻婆茄子定(1200円)を食べましたが、こちらは茄子が油で揚げられておりかなりオイリーで、油耐性が極度に低い私は数口でダウンしました(^◇^;)
他の方のレビューを読んでいても思いますが、最初は炒飯系または点心類をオーダーされるのが無難かもです(^◇^;)
