愛知県春日井市にある評判店「シンカフェ」。
こちらの「シンカフェ」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.40ながら、食べログ「春日井市」ランキング第83位にランクインする。約1300軒中、第83位である。また、食べログ「春日井市【カフェ】」ランキングにおいては、第14位である。見上げたものだ。
モーニングにて訪れた。
店は、JR「勝川駅」の北方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ27、28分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。そして、入店。休日の1000の時点で、先客は4組。その後、パラパラと来客があった。客がしっかりとついている店であると確認。テーブル席へ着席。
メニューを確認。800～1100には、モーニングサービスを実施。本日は、Aの「モーニングセット」を注文。420円（税込み）。最もシンプルなセットである。ドリンクは「ホットコーヒー」に決定。これに、プラス50円で「小豆」を追加。総額470円。

少し待って、ホットコーヒーが、先行して到着。その後、トースト達がやって来た。美味しいコーヒーにより、朝のひとときを楽しむことが出来た。
特にクセを感じることは無く、「サラッ」と飲みやすいことを確認。バターが全体に行き渡るように、均一に塗られたトーストとともに味わった。トーストに加え、ボイルドエッグ、つまり、ゆで卵も楽しめる。彼らと、ホットコーヒーとの絶妙なマッチング。
また、特筆すべきことは、温かいおもてなしだろう。常連はもちろん、一見に対しても、しっかりと対応されていた。この分け隔ての無い、見事な接客スタイルが、大変な評判を呼んでいることは確実だ。素晴らしい。
名古屋の文化として、全国に広く知れ渡っている「モーニングサービス」。これは、諸説あるものの、愛知県一宮市が発祥のようだ。昭和30年代前半に、ゆで卵やピーナッツを付けたのがその始まり。ドリンク代だけで、様々な「オマケ」が付くという、このお得感が、多くの客を呼び込んだ。現在では、全国でも指折りのモーニング激戦区である一宮市はもちろんのこと、特に、愛知県や岐阜県などの地域では、このような独自の文化がしっかりと根付く。実際に、総務省が、毎年発表している家計調査の「喫茶代の1世帯あたりの年間支出額」において、名古屋市や岐阜市が、常に上位にランクインしていることが、これを象徴している。喫茶店は、今や、「地域社会のインフラ」や「生活の基盤」として、機能しているのかもしれない。
少し甘い採点ではあるが、漂う「フレンドリーな雰囲気」を高く評価したい。勝川エリアにある人気店「シンカフェ」であった。
