≪2018/2/5/Monday≫ Kasugai City, Aichi Prefecture A restaurant in Kasugai where you can enjoy authentic Hiroshima-style Okonomiyaki and small teppanyaki dishes. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages and a wide variety of one-off items. I can't believe that such a store is located just a few minutes walk from JR Katsukawa Station...I'm in a state of fascination both physically and mentally♡ First, let's look inside the store. The atmosphere is modern and has the feel of an Okonomiyaki restaurant. The space can accommodate 24 people including seats at the counter. It's relatively spacious. That's why one person takes a seat at the counter. And start ordering ◆◆ Yuho Special ¥1200 ◆◆ (Raw squid, shrimp, shiso leaves, Kujo green onions) On top of the dough that is stretched thinly into a circle... there is a lot of cabbage. It looks healthy (lol) and I chose soba. Created on a griddle...this visual is just...! Enchanting ♡ Looks delicious ^^ The best thing to do is to cut it into bite-sized pieces with a trowel and eat while huffing and puffing. The sweetness of the cabbage and the crunchy texture of the soba noodles...the combination of the ontafuku sauce was also amazing...it was a delicious Okonomiyaki. And the owner was also a friendly person...we had a lively conversation ^^
