長く生きて、多数の飲食店で食事をしてきていると、出てきた料理を見た瞬間に色んなことを考えてしまう。
見本写真との比較も瞬時にしてしまう習性が身についてしまった。
さて、このカキフライであるが、６個バージョンと４個バージョンがあって、当然ながら見た目に豪華さがある６個バージョンが見本写真に掲載されている。まあ、これは当然ですね。
で、４個バージョンの現物料理をよく見てみると・・・・・
レモンの置き方が素晴らしい！！！（笑）
左２個は大きく立派なカキフライで見本写真とほぼ同等、ですが・・・・右２個は・・・・『ちっちゃぁ・・・』、その落差を補うように、レモンが添えられています。（笑）
まあ、完全に大きさがそろったモノを用意はできないだろうし、それをバランスよく使う必要があるのであろうが、もしも、大小２種類のカキを仕入れてミックスして出しているのであれば、その原価管理手法に脱帽モノです。
本当は右２個が標準品で。左２つは、でっかいのが混じっていたのでサービスで出してくれたのだぁ・・・・と思うことにして美味しくいただきました。
お味の方はお値段相応です。大戸屋は雑穀御飯を選べて、ごはん少な目メニューもあり、カキフライの個数も４または６を選べるところが良いです。そして、ＰＯＮＴＡもたまります。（笑）
