【うなぎのしろむら 春日井】さんに伺いました。
玄関に飾られた立派なしめ縄がインパクト大ですね！！
活うな丼 上 4,360円
うな丼（うなぎ6切れ）・卵黄の醤油漬け・肝吸い・茶碗蒸し・漬物のセットです。
待っている間、鰻を焼くいい香りがしてきてワクワクしますね。
程なくして提供された丼は鰻がはみ出ています！
…蓋を開ける瞬間の高揚感がたまりません。
美味しい鰻の絶対条件である、「皮目パリパリ・身はふわふわ」です。
パリパリ皮の中にカリッとした部分もあって、身はふんわり。
この食感三段階攻撃にはやられました。
ご飯はふっくら炊きで、タレもくどくなく好みの味でした。
「卵黄の醤油漬けは、卵かけごはんの様にお召し上がりください」との事でしたので
鰻を２枚食べた頃にご飯に投入。
甘くて濃厚で、贅沢な卵かけご飯がいただけます。
メニューを見ていると、5～7人前の大きな桶に入ったひつまぶしを発見！
これをシェアするのも楽しそうですね。
…大食いタレントさんにも食べてもらいたい( *´艸｀)
その他、天ぷらやお刺身のついた会席料理や単品メニューも充実。
高級感ある内装、大・小の個室もありました。
このご時世では宴会はまだ出来ないけど、家族のお祝い事などでも使えそうです。
お腹いっぱいで大満足です(*^^*)
