入口の大注連縄(おおしめなわ)が

"伊勢神宮外宮奉納うなぎ"
奉納うなぎってなんぞや?ってググってみると
偽りのない正直なものづくりを誓うんだって＼(^o^)／
神がみておるぞ~!!!ってことなんだね(*´Д｀)
三河一色産のうなぎを使用。
炭火で焼かれ、ほどよい厚さの身!!
タレはほどよいタレで甘すぎなくてよい。
また数量限定の肝焼きをトッピングしましたが、
これが臭みがなくて香ばしく焼かれてて
最高でした＼(^o^)／
またしろむらだけしかない"卵黄醤油"がついていて
ひつまぶしの味変で卵かけご飯風にもでき
楽しめました♡
あ、もちろん私はご飯大盛にしましたよ(*´Д｀)
半端ない幸せでうまもんげでした♡
そして、とろっとろの"う巻き"
うなぎのしぐれ煮がはいってて、
ほろ苦さと甘さと絶妙にうまいいいいいい!!!!
うなぎ苦手な人にもお刺身メニューなどあり
店内個室の席もたくさんあり
とても落ち着けました^^
ついていたお吸いものがあと一歩でしたが、
鰻は好みでした♡
