たまには贅沢なランチで行ってきました。
出雲大社のような注連縄がある神々しさで
中に入ると清らかな水の演出も素敵です。
高級感のある落ち着いた個室に案内されて
うな丼御膳 梅（5,280円）を注文。
見事な先付けと新鮮なお造りから運ばれて
タイミングよく鰻料理が登場します。
伊勢神宮外宮奉納の三河一色産活うなぎは
外はパリッと香ばしく中は旨味たっぷりで
縁起が良くめっちゃ美味しいです！！！
卵黄の醤油漬けも他にはないアクセントで
鰻の旨味を引き出して素晴らしい味わい。
デザートまで手が込んで満足の御膳でした。
接客も親切丁寧でとても良かったです。
